R.S. Kadakia , B.Com, FCA, was a partner in M/s S. R. Batliboi & Associates, a member firm of Ernst & Young Global. He has written a number of books, including the following:

• ‘The Law and Practice of Tax Treaties: An Indian Perspective’ (2008) published by CCH
• ‘Amalgamation of Companies’ (1994) published byTaxmann
• ‘Master Guide to Income-tax Act’ (from 1991 to 2012 and 2016 to 2021) published by Taxmann

He is actively involved in conceptualising and creating products for the Company. He is in charge of updation of the products and will continue to do so for future products.

Shaishavi Kadakia , BLS LLB, Solicitor (gold medallist), advises the Company on legal matters.

Tapan Gandhi , MMS (Mumbai University), CFA (CFA Institute, USA) and MBA (Yale University), has 15 years of international business experience in finance, strategy, and handling complex strategic M&A and partnership transactions. He has worked with reputed global firms such as:

• Lehman Brothers, India- Head of Strategy and Corporate Development
• Booz & Company, USA, – Strategy Consulting
• Capital One, USA – Corporate Development, Mergers and Acquisitions
• Phillips Electronics, India – Corporate Treasury

He was part of the team that raised a mid-market private equity fund in India. He has also created a management framework for capital allocation. He has been invited to address leaders of Fortune 1000 and FTSE 250 companies on the topic of capital allocation. In addition, he has been invited to speak by leading associations such as Washington Association of Money Managers.
